Her eldest daughter Hayley Smoker stepped in and took over the business and its day-to-day operations. Hayley saw the business's potential and has worked tirelessly to elevate JOPPA’s brand and to make her mom's dreams (and hers) come true. Since then, the business has transformed in so many ways! JOPPA is now a full-service wellness spa, with two store locations located in Angola and Fort Wayne, Indiana.

JOPPA Cosmetics was founded by Amy Casto.  After the height of the pandemic, Amy decided to step down from her position as the full-time business owner and take on her desired role of being creative director.

JOPPA Cosmetics wellness spa services are overseen by two collaborating board certified physicians along with Emily Hackett  and Kierstin High. Both are board-certified Nurse Practitioners with over 15+ years of combined experience working in healthcare. Both on-site nurse practitioners are certified bioidentical replacement therapy practitioners and members of the Obesity Action Coalition. Their areas of expertise include aesthetics, dermatology, hormone therapy, obesity management, thyroid management, vitamin therapy, and holistic medicine.
