Her eldest daughter Hayley Smoker stepped in and took over the business and its day-to-day operations. Hayley saw the business's potential and has worked tirelessly to elevate JOPPA’s brand and to make her mom's dreams (and hers) come true. Since then, the business has transformed in so many ways! JOPPA is now a full-service salon and spa, with two store locations located in Angola and Fort Wayne, Indiana.

JOPPA Cosmetics was founded by Amy Casto.  After the height of the pandemic, Amy decided to step down from her position as the full-time business owner and take on her desired role of being creative director.

JOPPA Cosmetics medical spa services are overseen by two collaborating board certified physicians along with Emily Hockemeyer-Hackett who is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years experience working in healthcare. She is a certified bioidentical hormone replacement therapy practitioner and a member of the Obesity Action Coalition. Her areas of expertise include aesthetics, dermatology, hormone therapy, obesity management, thyroid management, vitamin therapy and holistic medicine.
