In addition to her professional pursuits, Hayley is committed to giving back to the community and volunteers with several nonprofit organizations, dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others. When she’s not at work, she treasures time with her two beloved children, enjoying family moments and creating lasting memories. Hayley also enjoys cooking delicious meals, adding a flavorful touch to her home life. Hayley truly embodies passion and dedication in both her professional and personal life.

Emily Hackett
Certified Nurse Practitioner & Esthetic Injector
Emily’s expertise spans esthetics, dermatology, hormone therapy, obesity management, thyroid management, vitamin therapy, and holistic medicine. She performs all in-house medical spa procedures, including Tox, fillers, guided medical weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy! Her favorite service to offer is hormone replacement therapy, as she loves witnessing the positive changes it brings to the lives of both women and men.
Emily’s work is characterized by precision and extensive knowledge. If you’re interested in trying any of these services or want to elevate your health journey, reach out to us at either of our store locations to schedule some one-on-one time with her!
Meet Emily, a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in healthcare. Before becoming an NP, she spent more than four years as an ER and trauma nurse. After furthering her education in 2021, Emily has dedicated her practice to the medical spa and integrative medicine fields.
She holds three degrees from Purdue University: a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Kinesiology, a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, and a Master’s of Science in Nursing. She is also a certified practitioner of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, a certified injector from the Allergan Medical Institute, and a proud member of the Obesity Action Coalition.
MANAGEMENT
Lauren is the Marketing Manager at JOPPA. As creative director of social media, she is always behind the scenes, showcasing the wide range of services we offer here! From content creating to marketing and networking, she highlights our licensed estheticians and cosmetologists and their knowledge on services and products.
With the rise of social media, it’s Lauren’s priority to remain educated and active within ever-changing trends. She has fully invested herself and is committed to graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Indiana Tech.
While social media is a 24/7 job, she unplugs by enjoying competitive games of euchre with her family during game nights. If you pop into Joppa and see her recording content, feel free to give a wave!

Lauren Edwards
Marketing Manager
Noelle is the JOPPA Product Retail Manager and Communications Coordinator here at JOPPA. She primarily is seen at our Angola flagship store, where she handles all of the ins and outs of the JOPPA products from production to shelf, as well as JOPPA’s email customer service, online order handling, and, of course, being the friendly face that you’ve come to know over the years in the storefront. Noelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Indiana Wesleyan University and has dedicated nearly a decade to JOPPA. She has loved witnessing the love and growth that has gone into this business since she joined the team in 2013. Additionally, through JOPPA, she offers freelance bridal makeup -- something she has been doing since 2018.

Customer Communications Manager & Makeup Artist
Samantha is the Medical Spa Coordinator here at JOPPA. In her role, she prides herself on the love within our facility and working alongside the most talented service providers who offer the highest level of TLC within our treatment rooms and office.
As a licensed cosmetologist with 9 years in the beauty industry, she has an extensive background with a specialization in cosmetics and skincare. From building your go-to daily makeup routine to perfecting your skincare regimen for skin goals, Sam truly takes her time in consultations and she strives for healthy skin for her clients, not perfect skin. She also specializes in bridal and event makeup!
Outside of working her dream job, she is a mama to a silly 3 year old, Crew. She’s an Aries through and through and spends her free time researching the latest skincare trends and rot-scrolling on TikTok. Whether you need event makeup, a new product reccommendation, or just want to meet our girl-powered team, Sam can’t wait to meet you!

Kaylee is a Licensed Esthetician here at JOPPA. She became passionate about esthetics when she was struggling with her own skin health. She believes that the confidence we gain from healthy skin can positively impact every aspect of our lives. Her favorite service she provides is a signature facial, where she gets to tailor the treatment to each individual’s unique skin needs. With her Face Reality Certification, she has a deep understanding of the products she uses and can confidently recommend the best options for your skin!

Alexandra Beer is a Senior Lash Artist and Medical Aesthetician here at JOPPA. She has been a licensed esthetician since 2020 and a certified lash artist since 2021. She considers herself so lucky to have a career dedicated to empowering women and giving them confidence through beauty and skincare. She values building trust and comfort with each of her clients, which is why she prioritizes continuing education and research in the beauty industry to bring each client the best experience and results. Outside of the treatment room she prides herself in being a homemaker and mother to a beautiful little girl. In her spare time, you can find her online shopping and spending some solo time at the gym.

Madison is Lead Esthetician here at JOPPA. You will see her at both of our locations in Fort Wayne and Angola. She has been with JOPPA since 2020 working the front desk, which is when she quickly fell in love with the beauty industry. She graduated in esthetics from The Art 22 Academy in Fort Wayne in 2022. Since graduating, she prides herself in continuing her education with certifications from top brands such as Hydrafacial, Dermaplane Pro, and Colorescience, as well as being a certified Acne Specialist through Face Reality! She also specializes in facials, lash lift and tints, and Brazilian waxing.
As a licensed esthetician, she is passionate about helping individuals achieve their skincare goals. She believes that every person's skin is distinct, which is why she takes a personalized approach to skincare. By thoroughly assessing your skin type, concerns, and aspirations, she creates tailored skincare plans designed to deliver optimal results. Her mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance your natural beauty and foster lasting confidence.
Outside of the treatment room she enjoys hanging out with her husband Ben and their puppy, Hank. In her free time, she loves researching and educating herself on skincare trends and product knowledge. Whether you need expert advice or a beauty boost, Madison is here to help you glow!
